Here’s a hidden video camera wake-up call to all of you who have minor children living in your residence. An Alabama man is accused of allegedly recording child pornography by using a hidden video camera to record his girlfriend’s minor daughter in her bedroom. After receiving a tip, Cullman County investigators were able to get a search warrant and found video evidence to make the charge.
45 Year old Philip Kevin Brown Hanceville, Alabama now faces up to life in prison if convicted of the Class A felony and he would also be required to register as a sex offender if found guilty. Records indicate that Brown had been involved with the minor girl’s mom for several years and knew how old she was. Due to the age of the child, all of the alleged videos acquired could be considered child pornography. (Photo courtesy of the Morgan County Jail)
Unfortunately, sicko’s often think that since the young girl isn’t ‘their’ real child, that in their sick mind it’s okay to be sexual aroused by the minor girl. It is important to note that even though this man was not the father, there have been instances where a biological father has been caught video recording a teenage daughter. It should also be noted that in some cases the child living at home may actually be over 18 and classified as an adult.
